La cuesti\u00f3n es no perder el norte y ce\u00f1irse a unas pocas cosas muy concretas: qu\u00e9 herramienta o herramientas voy a usar para medir, qu\u00e9 KPIs me interesan m\u00e1s y qu\u00e9 objetivos me marco. Si los objetivos son claros y tangibles, si los KPIs son los adecuados y no me pierdo en un mar de datos, y si las herramientas son las que necesito (y las que puedo pagar), he de poder ser capaz de medir qu\u00e9 tal mejora y crece mi reputaci\u00f3n online.<\/p>\n<p>De estas cosas pude hablar un poco m\u00e1s concretamente en la charla del pasado 11 de junio en el\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/congresosmm.com\/\"><strong>III Congreso Social Media Marketing<\/strong><\/a>. De qu\u00e9 medir, de algunas herramientas recomendables y de algunas conclusiones a la hora de trabajar con m\u00e9tricas relacionadas con la gesti\u00f3n de la reputaci\u00f3n online.
