Sus autores, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.andybeal.com\/\">Andy Beal<\/a> y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.business.unr.edu\/faculty\/jstrauss\/\">Judy Strauss<\/a> han hecho un buen trabajo\u2026<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.overalia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/radically-transparent-tilt-1-1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-501\" title=\"radically-transparent\" src=\"https:\/\/www.overalia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/radically-transparent-tilt-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"radically-transparent\" width=\"221\" height=\"269\" \/><\/a>Los interesados en este tema se van a encontrar con un pr\u00e1ctico manual que revisa los aspectos m\u00e1s importantes de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.overalia.com\/reputacion_online\/index.php\">Gesti\u00f3n de la Reputaci\u00f3n Online<\/a>. Seguramente, los profesionales s\u00f3lo encontrar\u00e1n algunas sugerencias interesantes y quiz\u00e1s alguna menci\u00f3n que despierte nuevas ideas, que no es poco. Un repaso nunca viene mal.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el libro ser\u00e1 tremendamente \u00fatil a aquellos que quieran <strong>iniciarse en la gesti\u00f3n<\/strong> de la Reputaci\u00f3n o que quieran empezar a trabajar en su propia reputaci\u00f3n online: freelances, aut\u00f3nomos, emprendedores y profesionales del marketing o de las relaciones p\u00fablicas que quieran poner los dos pies en el terreno de Internet encontrar\u00e1n una <strong>metodolog\u00eda<\/strong> plagada de ejemplos y de ideas en este libro.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Beal y Strauss empiezan por los conceptos m\u00e1s b\u00e1sicos de la reputaci\u00f3n en Internet, para seguir con temas como el desarrollo de la marca personal, m\u00e9todos para generar contenidos en las <strong>Redes Sociales<\/strong> que vayan en nuestro favor, conceptos b\u00e1sicos de Search Engine Optimization, el uso de los <strong>blogs<\/strong> (propios o ajenos), la monitorizaci\u00f3n de la conversaci\u00f3n y finalmente, los m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s usuales para reparar una reputaci\u00f3n da\u00f1ada. Muy f\u00e1cil lectura (superada la barrera del idioma) con constantes res\u00famenes y ejemplos.<\/p>\n<p>Personalmente, me ha interesado ver el <a href=\"http:\/\/saladeprensa.overalia.com\/overalia-desarrolla-salas-de-prensa-20-para-sus-clientes\/\"><strong>uso de las notas de prensa a favor de la reputaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a> y las consideraciones sobre c\u00f3mo hay que escribir estas notas una vez sabemos con certeza que no s\u00f3lo llegar\u00e1n a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n (algo en lo que tambi\u00e9n insiste <a href=\"http:\/\/www.davidmeermanscott.com\/\"><strong>David Merman Scout<\/strong><\/a> en \u201cThe new rules of marketing &amp; PR\u201d entre otros autores).<\/p>\n<p>Me parece muy coherente la constante apelaci\u00f3n a la <strong>transparencia y la honestidad<\/strong> en el uso de contenidos y a la hora de transmitir mensajes que afectar\u00e1n a nuestra reputaci\u00f3n. Y me parece adem\u00e1s muy importante que se remarque tantas veces que esto no servir\u00e1 de gran cosa si no se involucra a todos los departamentos de una empresa que tengan voz en el exterior. En este sentido, <strong>la transparencia ha de empezar a fluir por el organigrama de la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/strong>: los propios empleados son quienes m\u00e1s pueden construir (o destruir) la reputaci\u00f3n de una empresa: \u00bfpara qu\u00e9 intentar pues esconderles cosas?<\/p>\n<p>Y por \u00faltimo, me ha gustado el vital, enorme, important\u00edsimo peso que los autores ponen en los <strong>contenidos<\/strong>. Porque en Internet somos lo que publicamos.
