Ponencia en la que <strong>Guillermo Vilarroig<\/strong> mostr\u00f3 la gran oportunidad\u00a0que supone\u00a0<strong>utilizar la informaci\u00f3n\u00a0para mejorar la captaci\u00f3n y fidelizaci\u00f3n de clientes<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aunque esta oportunidad\u00a0est\u00e1 ah\u00ed para cualquier\u00a0sector, en esta ocasi\u00f3n se centr\u00f3\u00a0en las empresas de servicios financieros<strong>, <\/strong>aprovechando nuestra experiencia con distintos clientes de este sector.\u00a0Un sector que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ha vivido un gran cambio con la irrupci\u00f3n de <em>fintech<\/em> (utilizar las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y la comunicaci\u00f3n para crear y\/o ofrecer servicios financieros de forma m\u00e1s eficaz y menos costosa).<\/p>\n<p>A modo de ejemplo, el espectacular crecimiento de las b\u00fasquedas relacionadas con los cr\u00e9ditos r\u00e1pidos\u00a0y el poder de las marcas\u00a0referentes de este sector.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium_large wp-image-7229\" src=\"http:\/\/www.overalia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/busquedas-creditos-rapidos-768x431.png\" alt=\"B\u00fasquedas de cr\u00e9ditos r\u00e1pidos\" width=\"768\" height=\"431\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Al igual que otras empresas,\u00a0el sector financiero tiene ante s\u00ed una gran oportunidad de utilizar la informaci\u00f3n\u00a0para conocer el perfil de los usuarios para personalizar sus mensajes y aportarles valor.
