Un <strong>buyer persona<\/strong> bien definido nos permitir\u00e1 conocer mejor a nuestra audiencia, segmentarla, y ofrecer a cada cliente\u00a0(o cliente objetivo) contenido personalizado, ajustado a sus intereses y necesidades de cada momento.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8003\" src=\"https:\/\/www.overalia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/buyer-persona-que-es-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"Buyer personas\" width=\"1732\" height=\"1732\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00edamos definir el <strong>buyer persona<\/strong> como una representaci\u00f3n ficticia (pero muy realista) de cada uno de nuestros clientes-tipo, una especie de retrato robot basado en investigaciones y en datos\u00a0sobre nuestros leads y clientes. C\u00f3mo son, qu\u00e9 dudas tienen&#8230; Gracias a esta informaci\u00f3n, podremos <strong>personalizar nuestras acciones de marketing<\/strong> para cada segmento, y\u00a0adaptar nuestros mensajes y canales a lo que sabemos de cada uno de ellos.\u00a0Por ejemplo, un\u00a0contenido de calidad y personalizado para los usuarios nos ayudar\u00e1 a convertirlos en clientes, o a fidelizar los que ya lo son. Tienen nombres y apellidos, un puesto de trabajo concreto, unas caracter\u00edsticas demogr\u00e1ficas, aficiones, inquietudes,\u00a0personalidad, objetivos, retos, quejas&#8230; (\u00a1Dibujemos hasta los rasgos de cada una de las caras de la imagen que ilustra este post!). Cuanto m\u00e1s definamos nuestros clientes-tipo,\u00a0m\u00e1s claro tendremos c\u00f3mo puede ayudarles nuestro producto o servicio.\u00a0Esto nos ayuda a\u00a0saber qu\u00e9 mensajes hacerles llegar para solventar las posibles dudas o reticencias que tengan en cada estadio del funnel de ventas.
