El <strong>n\u00famero de buyer personas<\/strong> depende del tipo de negocio, pero generalmente entre\u00a0tres y cinco suelen ser suficientes (especialmente en negocios B2B).<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que ya tenemos nuestra lista de buyer personas, debemos dar cuerpo a cada uno de estos perfiles. Para ello debemos escuchar. Asimismo,\u00a0debemos pensar en\u00a0c\u00f3mo suelen buscar la informaci\u00f3n y qu\u00e9 plataformas online utilizan.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo es<strong> crear\u00a0una serie de\u00a0perfiles ficticios<\/strong>\u00a0que describan nuestros clientes tipo.\u00a0 Cuanto m\u00e1s realistas y detallados sean los perfiles, m\u00e1s probabilidades tendremos de acertar con nuestra estrategia online.\u00a0La informaci\u00f3n var\u00eda seg\u00fan el tipo de negocio, pero un posible esquema de <strong>buyer persona<\/strong> podr\u00eda ser el siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perfil general: nombre y apellido, edad, familia&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Informaci\u00f3n demogr\u00e1fica: edad, sexo, salario, ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Trabajo:\u00a0puesto, tama\u00f1o de la empresa&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Otras caracter\u00edsticas identificativas: personalidad, c\u00f3mo prefiere comunicarse, conocimientos tecnol\u00f3gicos&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Retos laborales y problemas que\u00a0necesita resolver en su puesto de trabajo.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00f3mo podemos ayudarle.<\/li>\n<li>Problemas que podemos encontrar para venderle nuestro producto o servicio.<\/li>\n<li>Mensajes que\u00a0podemos transmitir desde\u00a0marketing y\/o ventas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Este proceso de crear los buyer persona deber\u00eda ser <strong>colaborativo<\/strong> (marketing, ventas, atenci\u00f3n al cliente&#8230; todo el equipo puede tener informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil) y el\u00a0resultado compartido con todas las personas implicadas en el proceso de venta.<\/p>\n<h2>Los buyer persona en negocios B2B<\/h2>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, si\u00a0nuestra\u00a0empresa es B2B,\u00a0primero debemos analizar\u00a0c\u00f3mo son\u00a0las empresas para las que trabajamos\/ queremos trabajar. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son las caracter\u00edsticas comunes?
