El ROI o retorno de la inversi\u00f3n se calcula de la siguiente manera: Ingresos\u00a0 &#8211; coste y el resultado dividido por el coste. Y el resultado es cu\u00e1ntos euros ganamos por cada euro invertido. Es decir:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>ROI = (Ingresos &#8211;\u00a0Costes)\u00a0\/ Costes<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A priori, la f\u00f3rmula es sencilla. Pero hay que tener presente que los <strong>costes<\/strong> no\u00a0se refieren solo la inversi\u00f3n directa que podamos hacer en una campa\u00f1a.\u00a0Tambi\u00e9n podemos tener en cuenta el\u00a0gasto material (im\u00e1genes de stock, herramientas, espacio de trabajo&#8230;) y el gasto humano (en base al sueldo y tiempo invertido en el montaje y gesti\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los <strong>beneficios<\/strong>, en un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.overalia.com\/desarrollo-web\/ecommerce\">ecommerce<\/a> es relativamente f\u00e1cil calcularlos, porque podemos obtener\u00a0datos claros de <strong>ingresos obtenidos de cada campa\u00f1a<\/strong> (siempre que las etiquetemos correctamente y tengamos nuestras herramientas de anal\u00edtica bien configuradas);\u00a0pero cada empresa\u00a0 tiene distintos <strong>objetivos<\/strong> y esto cambia la forma de <strong>calcular el retorno de la inversi\u00f3n<\/strong> en de cada una de las <strong>acciones de marketing<\/strong> que podemos realizar.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, si nuestro objetivo no es\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.overalia.com\/necesidades\/vender-mas\">vender m\u00e1s<\/a> directamente, sino la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.overalia.com\/necesidades\/conseguir-mas-contactos\">captaci\u00f3n de leads<\/a>, podemos asignar un valor a cada lead (mediante un c\u00e1lculo del porcentaje de leads que se convierte en cliente y el precio medio de venta) para poder calcular as\u00ed el retorno de la inversi\u00f3n en base al n\u00famero de <strong>leads<\/strong> obtenido.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfY si nuestro objetivo es la<strong>\u00a0visibilidad y notoriedad de la marca<\/strong>? En este caso no tenemos datos econ\u00f3micos de los beneficios obtenidos, porque no hay ingresos directos. As\u00ed que tendremos que medir el rendimiento de nuestras acciones de otra forma.<\/p>\n<p>La clave es <strong>comparar la notoriedad de nuestra marca antes y despu\u00e9s de cada acci\u00f3n de marketin<\/strong>g.
