En este sentido, la prospecci\u00f3n se ha convertido en un pilar fundamental en el proceso de venta.<\/p>\n<h2>4\u00a0pilares del social selling<\/h2>\n<p>Es importante tener en cuenta que el social selling va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las redes sociales de la empresa, especialmente en el B2B. El proceso de acercarse a la venta a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales debe <strong>apoyarse en las cuentas profesionales de los comerciales<\/strong>, entre otras caras visibles de la empresa, sobre todo en LinkedIn.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto para las <strong>cuentas corporativas<\/strong> como para las\u00a0<strong>cuentas\u00a0profesionales<\/strong>\u00a0de los comerciales de la empresa, hay 4 reglas de oro a tener en cuenta a la hora de utilizar las redes sociales en el proceso de venta:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.overalia.com\/blog\/tag\/social-media-listening\/\">Escucha activa<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0Una de las claves es escuchar lo que nuestros seguidores y clientes potenciales dicen en las redes sociales. De esta forma, podremos <strong>detectar oportunidades<\/strong> y saber qu\u00e9 es importante para nuestro p\u00fablico objetivo. Una vez que tengamos esta informaci\u00f3n, podemos empezar a participar en la conversaci\u00f3n y entablar contactos.
